Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have travelled to France from India before 2 weeks. Had mild cold for the 1st week and got settled in the same week. Then I travelled to another place in France where the weather was little colder. I got some rashes in legs started with an itching. Then I noticed red skin rashes in both the legs and itching. Please let me know if it is serious or will manage another 2 weeks till I return back to India. Here finding a doctor and medicine is difficult.

Hello... I have recently started using Tretinoin 0.025% cream to get rid of my mild acne . I am also using Biluma skin brightening cream to treat my acne marks and to even out my overall skin but i use them on alternate days. I just wanted to ask whether it's safe to use them both or not.
