Linear white spots
I am developing some white spots in linear pattern its mostly on my right hand and some white scattered spots on shoulder. Previously I have had lichen nitidus on my stomach. Could anyone guide what it could really be. I have taken medrol and lozivate mf cream but no resolve.

The white dots on your shoulder are not v clear. Cannot say if part of lichen nitidus or p versicolor The ones on the leg are a type of phenomenon that happens with lichen nitrous or micropapular lichen planus. You will need to consult
