Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am male 30 years old and i have keratosis pilaris since 6-7 years. I found that condition on upper arms, front thighs intense on buttocks and back. Please suggest some remedies which can permanently cure this skin condition. Since i am self conscious it bothers me.

I am having malasma pigmentation problems since 6-7 years but by the time it has increased on my chicks and become a large black patches. Also having vitamin b12,  153 and vitamin d, 34 defficiency.

My abdomen is full of long white stretch marks. Would getting Laser/ Micro needling actually work? Would these procedures completely get rid of the stretch marks or just better their appearance! Any advice about how to deal with stretch marks would be helpful and appreciated!

I tried to trim the corner nail from top in my toe. Since then, it is paining.. n became sore. I applied soframyacin n covered it in bandage for few days till it got softer. Pain reduced too!
