Acne problem
I have been facing acne issues from a long time now, all my face has these tiny pimples. The same is visible on my back and shoulders Can you please suggest some medications

It will improve with medicine..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. This is grade 2 acne. Can be managed with creams for now. But you may need extraction of those comedones.
