I've attached pics of both my hands. Everyday I wake up and the skin here is flaky, completely flaky. Sometimes it does happen with thighs too. I'm not sure why it is happening. The rest of the hand and legs have simply become dry due to the cold so I'm using some moisturizers but the skin here is always different. Is it psoriasis or something?

Hi I am 24 years old. Currently have not diagnosed with any pre existing disease yet. Recently (i.e. 1 week back ) , I have seen a white spot on my left face. I am bit  worried 😟, if it's a vitiligo or just a general fungal. Kindly let me know, if this is of any concern.

I have large pores near my nose. How can I reduce the pore size? Can Niacinamide serum help in reducing pores? I have a very normal skin type and I do not apply anything on my face. No facial treatments and no creams just aloevera gel.
