For the past 1 yr, am suffering from severe hairfall ,even scalp is visible in the frontal region, used Minoxidl 2% topical since then to no Effect. For the past 4 months, am suffering from Severe Acne as well. Should I continue Minoxidil ? What should be the approach?

No dear, you cannot just use minoxidil alone. It sounds like you have female pattern hair loss with acne with PCOS. all these are related to PCOS. You will need specific treatment of the hyperandrogenic state caused by the PCOS. 3 months as suggested by obgyn is not enough. 2%minoxidil never works enough. You will need at least 5% with additional medications to take care of the high androgenic state.
