Cluster of small acne below mouth
Yesterday my friend smoked a single cigarette. Not even a complete cigarette but it was maybe expire. Yesterday he also had a medicine called Limcee for mouth ulcer Today he has a cluster or acne or small pimple like thing on his face beside his lips with a little itching Is it because of that one sip of cigarette or is it the side effect of that medicine? What shall he do? How to cure?

Looks like and allergic reaction. However we'd need a more detailed history before confirming diagnosis and giving treatment

You can consult online or visit the clinic for further assistance. It's an allergic reaction. A detailed clinical history and skin analysis can help us to prescribe medication appropriately
