Many people suggesting,Staying in AC(Air conditioner) room makes skin brighter and fairer. 1) Is it only because of avoiding sun exposure? Is it true,Staying in AC makes male or female skin more fairer? 2) why it gives fresh look while staying in AC? 3) Staying in AC room for long term will really give good results for skin? Hello, My name is jyotsna and I have red spots on my chest back etc. My dad and my entire paternal side is the family have it. I'm 42 now. Hello Doctors, I have observed some non itchy and painless small red bumps on my body mostly on next, back , arms and forearms .. sometimes on face too. Plus usually in summers. I was concerned if i should go to the doctor. These small bumps disappear after few days. Without leaving a mark or spot.

Some spots in my hands from the last 2 months , sometimes it's itchy and some Red spot capture in attachment and also some spots in finding finger and palm.

I have a super sensitive skin and dry rash patches on my face. No moisturiser is suiting me. I tried emolene cream its not suiting me. I tried applying milk or gram flour as a natural remedy that also doesn't suit me. I only wash my face with cetaphil cleanser but that is also not giving my satisfaction of my face being cleaned enough. I have lot of bumps and pores too. I need to clear them, if possible more naturally. And what could be the best sunscreen for me? I'm scared of putting anything on my face
