Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hey I have hirusitism and have hair growth all over my body with the previous history of PCOS. I have coarse and thick hair growth over the neck region and need to regularly remove them using any of the methods. So I thought of using an epilator, but it is really painful so I thought of applying the numbing cream over the chin and neck region and then using the epilator. Would you suggest usage of numbing cream over neck region, if so how much of that would you suggest per one application, please let me know. Thank you.

I was prescribed 1 month course of 10mg isotret for my acne but i am facing lower back pain . It feels inflammatory . So i wanted to know if I should continue with it or is it a serious issue which needs check up . I am on day 8 right now . This is my second time with accutane. Before this i was taking it in march ( one month ago) for 3 weeks and at that time i did not face any back pain but my acne reduced. All i had was dry face and lips . Can it be due to using medication from different brand . Earlier i had cipla and now i am taking medicine from ipca . If i need to consult a doctor at this time does it have to be a dermatologist again or a orthopedic .

I am seeing a sudden increase in hairfall. I've never had my hair fall when I make them by hand, now 2-3 strands come out even when running my fingers. Majority falling happens when I massage head with oil, parents are advising to stop using oil and massage. I've never seen this much hairfall. I already have thinning on the crown of the hair, and bit of a bald spot too on the crown. Now this sudden increase in hairfall. What should I do? Should I really stop using oil and massages? What steps can I take? I don't want to lose my hair.

My boyfriend keeps scratching his head uncontrollably whereas I have checked and there is no lice and moderate dandruff. However this itching has been effecting his day to day life as he keeps stretching his head and beard until it bleeds and his hand hurts and he still cannot stop. The same scenario is with his back as it's full or spots and he keeps itching it as well.
