I have been suggested 10 prp sessions, are so many sessions necessary as it's expensive. I am suffering from female pattern hair loss and going through a very anxious phase!

Hi sir, i am dilip. 35 year old. No BP. No sugar. I have small round black sore wound on fore head and not healing or going away. It is just 3mm in diameter. Photo attached. No swelling. No pain. No pus. No redness around. Nothing. I will try to take out the outer skin. Then it will again grow and not disappearing. Can you please tell what to do.
