My mom suffers from hyperpigmentation on her face. Her doctor prescribed glycolic acid 70% cream to apply every night. The images of the cream prescribed are attached. It is supposed to be mixed with a moisturiser and applied on skin. The question is should she wash the cream after a specific time or just leave it on the skin?

My face skin become dull and dark..Rest of the body is very very much fair than face...please suggest

I have this redness around my nose on the both side. I have attached the nose. This is causing itching. What is causing it? I use 1% salicylic acid based facewash, oil free moisturizer from plum and uv doux spf50 waterproof sunscreen.
