I have shortlisted this aqualogica sunscreen-"Aqualogica Glow+ Dewy Sunscreen with Papaya & Vitamin C -SPF 50 PA + + for UVA/B".
It has Vitamin C , Titanium dioxide and Zinc oxide.

Genital herpes
I'm suffering from genital herpes infection from last 2 years. As I was facing recurrent herpes outbreak I started taking Acyclovir 400 mg twice a day from December 2022 and stopped in mid of May 2023. Next week after stopping taking antiviral, herpes outbreak again appeared. How long I should take antiviral? Kindly help.
