Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a pink coloured bump in my back. It has been there for more than 1 year, it doesn't itch or bleed. I'm scared. Could it be nodular melanoma? Size is about 6-7mm.

My baby is 3 months old. In summer she got small pimples on face due to heat. Now in that place it became white spots . I'm using Himalaya baby soap and lotion. Please suggest any soap or cream or lotion for those patches. Thank you

After moving to the Uk, i am having severe hair loss. I am scared now. I tried applying amla oil + combo of anti dandruff clinical shampoo. It doesn't help. This much of hair is falling on a daily basis and I am scared, I don't wanna go bald. I am 26M with healthy habits and active lifestyle. I workout daily. Could this be because of the bad water quality or some deficiencies? In India for sure i never had the hairfall issue :(. Will washing hair with bottled water be helpful? I highly suspect the water quality here to be the culprit. Please help. Also before coming here i did not have hair thinning too :(.
