Is this a fungal infection? My doctor prescribed using tacrolimus and terbicep together. Shall I continue using these above ointments.

Suggest me best braod spectrum sunscreen for dry and sensitive skin. My skin type is dry and when ever I expose to heat or Sun my cheeks becomes red though it doesn't give me burning sensation. Most of the time I remain indoors. Kindly suggest me good non greasy sunscreen for daily use. Thanks

Recently I got 3 acne on my cheek so used Aziderm cream 20% on my face as a spot treatment. After few hours I removed it and saw full burnt patch covering all 3 acne. What is solution to remove that patch now.
