Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am taking finasteride 1 mg from last 9 month and i did not get any side effects from it but suddenly i see acne on my forehead then i go off from finasteride. I dont have acne and have clear skin before taking finax 1 mg Is it due to finax 1 mg or any other reason.

I had TCA laser yesterday ..but after some time I found dark patches ( black) in my skin...is it normal??

I cutted the nail and then after. Cutting within some day it side got infected. Now 2 weeks over still it's no improvement.kindly suggest any medical treatment or medicine how to recover.
