Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I started using selsun daily shampoo (yellow one) once a week for dry scalp and flakes. In two wash my dry scalp and dry flakes problem is gone completely. Can I continue this shampoo or stop using selsun shampoo? A shampoo photo is attached.

I have a slight boil/ lump on the back.It looks more like a enlarged black head . It not painful and does not affect my routine. Should it be removed surgically or any other way

I have a dark skin tone with heavy pigmentation. My face skin turns dark after i use suncros or UV doux. Is it ok to continue the sunscreen even if the skin turns dark or should I change the sunscreen?? Will this skin dark after sunscreen become permanent?

I'm 19 and I had an accident 9 months ago and I got stitches on my head at that time my hairs were breaking so I did buzz cut since then I grew my hairs long till 8 months suddenly again my hairs started falling or breaking whenever I get shower and I put my hand in hairs 7 -8 hairs breaks from scalp and and when I pull my hair it doesn't pain may be weak scalp so cut my hairs but I'm facing same problem everytime I put my hand in hair the 5 - 6 hairs breaks and my hairs are getting thin idk what to do. it's really depressing 😩

I am fair skinned but my elbows and knee areas have become really dark. I tried a lot of home remedies but they didn't work. The same case applies to my underarms as well...They were fair before but I used hair removal creams some years back and after that they have become dark and nothing is helping me now. I normally use Venus Razors for hair removal and recently, I started using Chemist at Play Underearm roll ons for freshness as well as underarms lightening. Initially it was working fine for a month or so but after that, I developed itching and irritation on my left armpit and now the redness of the irritation has resulted in 2 dark spots which isn't going away. I cannot wear sleeveless clothes because of this problem...Please suggest how I can get my original skin colour back and how I can get rid of hyperpigmentation. P.S- I have hyperhidrosis n sweat a lot,especially on my palms, underearms n feet. Hence, I took roll ons for underarms.

I suffer from hyperhidrosis and the condition has worsened after I came to Chennai to study probably because of the heat here. It's causing me extreme discomfort to do anything as my feet and palms are always dripping in sweat. I cannot even hold my pen for long to write because my notebook gets wet with my sweat. If I am working on my laptop or use a mouse, I lose grip of the mouse due to my sweat laden slippery palms. I lose grip of phones and water bottles too and get extremely uncomfortable if people extend hands for handshakes because my palms are always sweaty. Is there any cure to it?
