Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have itching on my body, A red rash appears and I used coconut oil on it and rash disappears after some time. A local doctor suggested me it's kind of Psoriasis. She suggested me to apply moisturizer and montelukast+Levocetrazine tablet . So sometimes when I itch blood comes out of skin and small red marks as shown in picture formed. A year before one of doctor suggested me to take (fexofenadine 180 mg and bilastine 20 mg) for 3 months, she said it's kind of urticaria. So still I am in confusion is it urticaria or psoriasis or something else, hope any expert doctor will look at this problem. Thanks

My son is 3 years old. Weight 14 kg born in 35 weeks. He has been continue itching in his anus for long time . For relief , he put pen or pencil to rub his anus or he find any sharp thing like table corner and then he sits and rub. Whenever he sit on my leg , he sits same try to move left and right. He is little bit constipated , he pass stool daily generaly but once or two time in a week , he poop alternate day. Poop thickness and length like bamboo PC's of 12-15 cm with 2 cm diameter . We generally give him deworm medicine like albendazole. Also he wet the mattress in night while sleeping. One or two time daily. What is the reason behind it. How to deal with it. Also he is allergic always  . Having cough strep throat ,stiff nose. Does it relate to itching . I have told all things.

Around last 2 years, my father is having blisters forming on scalp, mouth. It is on and off. Has been receiving different medicines, it goes away and comes back. Offlet skin infection has also developed in lower part which again comes and goes. Consulted dermatologist who suggested Desmoglein 1&3 test which came back negative with primary titre 1:10. All other blood tests are normal. He is diabetic for over 7 years and on medication. The issue of skin is very difficult to get away. Please suggest and guide

Since last 4/5 yrs i m facing an itching on palms, between the fingers toes and feet Tried all types of medicines like homoeopathy alopathy ayurvedic but no relief. Did blood test many times and all are normal but not getting any solution. I had pain and yellow discharge in my Belly Button around one month ago so I consulted a gastroenterologist he suggested to do sonography test then I tested and found out that I have some small cavity in my Belly Button that is filled with pus so the doctor said it is very small cavity and don't need any surgery and gave me medicine and t bact ont. After few days the pain is completely gone but the pus is still coming out from Belly Button then I again consulted this time he suggested to do the pus culture and sensitivity test and I did the test and found out that I have Staph infection (Staphylococcus aureus MSSA Strain) according to the test he gave me "Trimethoprin/Sulfamethoxazole" (Bactrim d.s) Tablet this antibiotic is second most effective against Bacteria according to test now almost 7 days has passed I am taking this antibiotic but still the pus is coming out of Belly Button 😓

Hi Its my chickenpox Day 13 today and all my blisters have turned into scabs . I have around 15-20 blisters on my face that have turned into scabs. My concern is that when can i begin to follow my skincare regime? And When is it advisable to use soap on the body and face? And how long will it take for the scabs to fall off?
