Hello doctors I delivered my baby through C Section in October 2022..I'm now suffering from postpartum hair loss. Some of my friends have advised to use Vitamin E capsules for the same Is it helpful? What else can I do to reduce hairfall??

Does tretinoin cream 0.05 or 0.1 mix with breastmilk when applied to face? Is it safe to use during breastfeeding at night?
