Tan on neck
I have fair skin...But since a year my neck has got tan . I want to know which soap or cream to use to reduce it...Not much dark skin but uneven and pigmentation

It can be cleared..Undergo glutathione  therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
