Hello sir age 32 since a week itching and rashess coming and going hands feets legs fingers are itching and thaught coming to scratch pls advice what to do any tablets pls reply thanks Attached picture

I'm having itching feeling in my forearms, shoulders, behind knee joints and neck for past 3 days. I tired to wash whenever i get that itching. I'm still having this problem and also felt a slight swell. Is there any in home treatments or should I consult a doctor?

My 4 month old have eczema doctor recommended to use mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream on affected area and I  forgot to ask if it's okey to use rashfree cream on diaper rash area. Is that fine to do so?
