Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

In my left side of abdomen there are three white spots about 1 or 1&1\2".  No etching but spot enlarge day by day.Advice me what can I do?

Hi,I got my nose piercing nearly a month back...with needle in a tattoo shop..I kept a gold nose stud..they suggested to put coconut oil for few days..i dis the same..it was okay..pain and sensitivity whenever I touched it otherwise it's better..10 days back we went to vacation and couldn't apply oil to it.. from 5 days I observed a bump with pus and while checking it it bursted and pus with blood oozed out..since then I am applying oil and cleaning with water..but no use..plz suggest something can I use tbact ointment inside too...if I remove my nose stud..will it close and leave a scar??

I am suffering from hair loss( before and after shampoo too), and even when I touch my hair from the bottom I can see strands of hair dropping down. What should be the first step to get rid of this? I feel so low & bad looking at it. Please suggest something

I am having dark spots and pimple in face from past.i am using the product of  dermadoc facewash and salicylic acid serum for acne and pimple and also aloevera gel , ice cubes. Everything it tried  ... Bt it is not effective so much . My skin is oily type

Some of the doctors asked me to post pics of that allergy Here I am posting this pic .pls suggest me wat to do .he got ellergy one month back and it's looking like red spots . initially it was on the leg foot only.slowly spreading up to thighs . Earlier he don't have itching and now he feels itching . We consulted dermatologist and physian ..they said it's due to some food allergy . We did blood test and cpr level is around 26. Now pls suggest wat exactly it is and what kind of treatment we should take Is it dangerous or cancerous? Pls help me out . Thanks to everyone in advance.🙏
