Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I am on very low dose accutane from long time. I also eat clean. But my triglycerides are high and and not in normal range its around 187 mg/dL I also  to drank coconut milk everyday ,could that be the reason? What can I do to normalise the levels? Should I be worried?

Usually I feel my skin dry but after my face wash (dermadue face wash) after certain hours my skin get oily again .Acne Scars remain on my skin .Suggest me suitable face wash, Moisturizer,daily use cream ,sun screen ,night cream

Dear sir i have 3 under arm pit lump in my left hand and 1 in the right it happened when I used deodorant after that i stopped and did not use it directly i just spray on my shirt at arm pit area but still lump not going from 3 weeks and painful dont know what to do kindly help

I have round brown spots on my arms, legs, and other body parts except face. They are of various sizes. They don't itch or hurt, they are just there.
