I have been diagnosed with lichen planus and got some blood test but blood test show normyotic normochomic anemia ..can I continuey treatment?

I am having this pimple on my lower body near by private areas which doesn't pop and is like skin which slowly gets rotten and comes out ...why is it happening

I have applied permethrin thrice, one week part but I am still getting new rashes, my doctor has started ivermectin 12mg once a week, I have taken first dose 2 days back along with permethrin application overnight but I am still seeing new rashes. What to do now? I wash my clothes in hot water.
