Hi, recently I find out some dark spots under my armpits. They were observed just a two months back. Before two months there are no such dark spots. There are no such type of spots anywhere else. Hello Doctors, 3 days back I noticed something in left hand as attached in pic I am not sure if this is an infection from some insects / caterpillars or its a burn problem due to exposure to fire I am feeling some pain when i leave my hand freely downwards ( like when i feel blood flow on the infected area i feel little pain ) . If i keep hand normal writing position i dont feel any pain

At this age it's difficult to deal with receding hair line with dry and itchy scalp also severe hair fall it seems to be male pattern baldness [hairs are receding in M shape] What steps should i take to minimize the hair loss and tried eating DHT blockers for a month didn't worked...
