Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dark spots and bumps on my butt, like acne or folliculitis. Is it related to skin or could be something else. Please suggest how to cure this.

What are these vertical white lines on my toes? The right toenails hurt too. Please help. I have noticed thos recently. Pls help

Doctor suggested me to take clonazepam and Escitalopram for 5 days. But i took it as i wished and skipped every now and then not completing the dosage .. Now I developed a white tongue and stomach pain.. How do I resolve this plz help me ..

I had a long history of acne starting from my teens. During Adulthood the acne got controlled automatically with few acne eruptions per month. But from the past few months a lot or acne is coming on my face and body, and getting uncontrolled. Almost alternate day, a new acne is formed. A lot of white head and black heads are embedded on my face and when they are removed by me, they leave a hole. Also scarring on my face has increased. I don't know if it's due to harmonal imbalance or due to some bacteria. Stress also increases my acne. I do not use soap on my face, only face wash. And wash my face twice daily. Also I take bath daily, still I'm not able to control it.

Today i clean my beard after cleaning i found rad2 small patches and small2 daana on my face. in history i was suffering from Seborrheic dermatitis on head hair .. now its down and come to my face so please advise me .. thanks in advance!!
