Baby skin white patches
Hi doc
My daughter is 87 days old
Currently I'm using Cetaphil body wash and shampoo and Cetaphil calendula body lotion for body and Himalaya face cream for face from newborn till today
From 3-4 days she is developing white patches near eyes cheeks near lips and under neck and skin dry out kind near underarms and near knee behind not knowing the reason or treatment
I'm worried also she got tiny pimple kind of on stomach in a particular area
Im attaching photos for reference
Kindly help or suggest to treat her with primary treatment
