3 month old baby has white patch on chin
My daughter is just 3 months old.At the time birth she was perfectly fine.3 weeks later, after birth white patches started appearing on her chin, nostrils, one elbow,right part of chest,right underarm ,light patches on both hips area.I don't know the reason and how to get rid of it.I dont want to put any steroid containing creams on her face as she is just 3 months old.Please suggest.when can i start treatment on her as she is too small right now.

It might be vitiligo / nevus /atopic eczema, there are alterantives to steroids for treating the same.
