What is this on my hand . its been there for 1 month. and there is pink skin above it. how to get it removed.

Acne or any infection ( skin acne but without pus and hard) from 2 years. On my jaw area , on chest, on my back. There is no pain in them and no pus, nothing. But some time itching. These are very hard and like acne but these are not acne . they are from last 1.5 years. I tried many dermatologist and take medicine but no relief . If any doctor read this , pls pls help me. I have a one single boil on inner thigh from past 1 and half day. I've covered it with clean cotton. Also the area around it has swollen a bit. It appeared suddenly after a prolonged menses. I guess usage of sanitary pads for a week caused the inner thigh skin to become tender and cause this infection. Pls suggest a cream, it's causing discomfort while walking. Thank you.
