I had very thick hair 7 years ago.. due to regular ponytail hairstyle I lost most of my hair.. I want to whether onions really help in growing my lost hair and make my hair thick.. also how to use this? How many months it will take to see visible results.. kindly help.. i bother about using other chemicals for hair..

Redness on face F28. Super sensitive skin after damaging my skin barrier last year. For most of the year ive stuck to minimal skincare- ceramide creams and facewash, sunscreen.Two days ago my face became suddenly super red and the patch is getting darker too. No other symptoms of itch or burn, just this redness. I dont know what could have been the trigger but i recently tried a new lactic acid toner and a super high spf+80 sunscreen which i think is the probable trigger. Will this become melasma?
