Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing hairfall issue for more than a month now. My hair were chemically treated (smoothened) but I chopped them off in Feb this year. It was all good then, however since very recently I seem to have hairfall, say around June end? Any suggestions?

I had rashes on my skin especially back of knee 2-3 days ago i got some medicine from chemist and it was fine but since last night i have been experiencing random pinching and pricking on my skin all oner hands and legs but there is no rash or anything .... I consulted a doctor she said it might be because you ate chicken which was not fresh she gave me medicine however, still i can't sleep properly and it's causing me discomfort throughout the day.

The injury mark on my glans is not going away its been more than 2 months since it got injured by nails but the mark is still there.there is no pain .will it remain for lifetime?

I think I have eczema below my foot. I've had it for a few years now. There is always some blister formation and inflammation with a lot of itching. The blister reappears once every month. Please suggest any topical ointments that I can use to treat this condition.
