Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From last few months, pimple type bump has been coming under my leg's skin... 1st I feel there is something under my leg's skin which gives little bit pain then after few days it swells up and gets red and gives pain... please help me how to get rid of it.

My child 3 yr old had brownish spot on lip while she was 9months old. Then it disappeared. Generally this spot appear and then goes away. Again she got this spot recently but it is more diffused and it's been a month.. She is having history of atopic dermatitis .. recently it became worse. her birth history all normal.. I consulted dermatologist but he says it's unusual will wait and watch. So can anyone help me. Is it anything to be concerned? Or should I wait and watch. attached photo.

I recently observed that i have got fine lines and wrinkles around my mouth. I use retinol at night but I don't think it's effective for my skin. Suggest me any good retinol creams and food supplements.

This mole like pigmentation appeared on my skin near ankle. Before getting dark it looked like bruise. Now also in another feet i see a mark appearing. The two pictures I've sent are two different feet. Do i need to worry about it.

On July 10th I was admitted for endometrial pain and the doctor put me on lupride depot 3.75 mg injection and pain killers. That put me on a menopausal stage so I didn't go back for further treatment. However a couple of weeks later I noticed hair loss in the shower, my comb and while oiling. I was also on a cholesterol reducing medicine for a while. This hair fall is happening all of a sudden and it's not stopping, kindly let me know what could be the problem. Also I'm losing significant weight and I've vitamin D and B 12 deficiencies. I've had work stress as well for which I had to quit my job.

I have attached a picture. There is this red spot on my thigh, been a week and itches very much. It was small to start but now it is very visible like accumulated blood. Please help.

Kindly tell me which tests are these? Dr has told me for these tests. I am out of station and forgot name of the tests .. pls guide

Having acne on face , and getting some sport after drying the acne ,acne are red and not painful. I'm using Cetaphil face wash from long time ,
