Hello, My brother's suffering from bacne and dandruff problem since an year and due to a lot of dandruff on scalp the wax gets collected in his ears and he feels dizzy all the time, month ago he got treatment for ear wax but the acne which is developing due to dandruff still persists, due to which he's unable to do his daily routine and difficulty sleeping what's the solution of this Please help me out
