Small blisters on finger, no itching no pain, child is having allergic rhinitis, these blisters keep coming frequently

Hello doctor , Does it look like a animal scratch . I got this like 4 months ago now it got completely healed off ..no evidence of the wound seen ... Do doctors maintain any metrics to say whether it is animal scratch or not ... I have attached the pictures of it below for your reference ... ( I read it in the internet it says it could be grazes / sliding abrasions ..)
