Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have lots of hard pimples on my bum and they are happening regularly, maybe because I use the office toilet that's why but they are coming back on regular, can someone please suggest any to resolve it.

My mom is having allergy  her left eyes are swelling and abscess on face and on scalp so can she use prednisolone dispersible tablet 10mg,if yes then how many times in a day.

Almost 20 days ago small insect bite me in the night Watery blood was coming on pressing that I applied antiseptic cream it got blackened there now today there is some itching there I applied betametashone No other problem which cream I should applied please guide

I have been suffering from excessive hairloss and thinning of hairline since 2 years, as I have oily scalp I am unable to continue with treatment that includes oil. My hairs are straight and silky rough on the edges, i have never used any keratin treatment or any colour etc .. not even heat treatment. No white hairs, dandruff in winters specially.
