Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I from my teen age is suffering from dark pigmented inner thighs, underarms and neck.Though I am medium to fair skin tone, I face this issue from my teen age, then I was diagnosed with PCOD from age 17... I visited a Dermatologist , he prescribed me melalite forte once at night everyday, I have not started using it... It is to be noted that for PCod, my gynaecologist has stopped my hormonal pills 1.5 years ago, because I am controlling my weight and having periods much better then previous years. I am only taking Aldactone for 2 months due to sudden hairfall.And otherwise, I dont take any other medicines. I am focussing on weight loss, but as I am a Student and am PCOd patient it is taking time to lose weight I was 80 kg and now I am 71 kg... My height is 5'3". Please tell me that whether only melalite forte can help me out with this problem , or should I need to do anything else? And will the pigmentation again occur once I stop the medicine? I am also attaching a pic of my underarm .

Hello sir/ma'am I'm having bloody rashes and itching on my scrotum skin since 2 days and its irritating me alot i tried applying oil but is not going, it is like small small red inflammation, please tell me weather its common or any serious infection I'm not able to walk comfortably.

From since so may days I am facing acne it is around 10 to 11 on right cheek and 1 or 2 in left cheek. Before few years I tried treating with face wash it didn't subside. So here I am today to ask the way through which it can get cured.

Severe itching on arms and legs since 2 months.No visible rashes.had consulted a dermatologist and prescribed anti histamine and body lotion , got relief for hardly 2 weeks and now again restarted the condition.
