Hello sir, 2 days ago I got Inflamation on my leg. Now it has left me with a bump. Please guide me next corse of action.

On my scrotum, there is a knot like thing on the skin which is a bit hard. It saw it 2 days ago. Doesn't hurt unless pressed. What could it be. It's on the surface but swelling and knot seems to be inside the skin.

I have an allergic reaction on my face due to which there are small bumps all over my face and two three red pimples on cheeks since a week. My dermat prescribed doxybond lb and Benzoyl perox for 10 days. I'm facing faster heart rare or a kind of heart palpitations since I started doxy which is been just two days. Is this normal and will this subside? I'm 25 years Female.

A couple of months back, I was walking barefoot on lawn grass and something pinched in my foot and caused a wound. I checked thoroughly to see if there was anything stuck inside the wound and found nothing. I treated the wound normally and it healed in a week. Since then there is a small bump in the healed wound and whenever i put pressure on it, jump, or even run it causes a lot of pinch like pain. I am attaching a picture for your reference, please help me identify the problem and probable treatment(s) to get rid of it. Thanks!
