Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I hv IBS which makes me intolerant towards a lot of medications like antibiotics in particular. Recently I hv been diagnosed with Acne vulgaris nd is undergoing salicylic acid peeling nd has also been advised isotroin 10. Bt i am unable to continue isotroin as it flared my prblm of IBS like I feel bloated most of the times. My acne is jst not going away. Applying epiduo forte bt everyday one new pimple keeps on coming. Should I accept tht without isotroin my acne will NVR go away. I hv my marriage in December nd my skin condition has taken a toll on my mental health. Plz advise.

I have acne prone oily skin .currently having comedone and pustular acne. Dermatologist recommended clindamycin and deriva cms and kojic acid... I want to know if I can follow this am and pm skincare routine Am. Cera ve salicylic acid facewash with hyaluronic acid serum . Later clindamycin gel and benzoyl peroxide gel and later moisturizer and sunscreen pm : oil cleansing  and later cipla salicylic facewash and then Adapalene gel and for marks  kojic acid and moisturiser

I had a small under skin swelling on left chest for 2 years, back then doc said its ok. 5 days ago i went to see doc again for this since i it was painful on touch. Now, there is constant pain, skin around the swelling/mole is red and inflamed. And the size of swelling has also increased. There is no other symptom except pain, redness and swelling/ increased size of mole. Kindly help.
