I am a chicken pox patient last 15 days but my dark spots was increased not decreasing so pls help me

From past 1 month I have been seeing a white spot on my right hand thumb, I did have vitd and vitb12 deficiency for which I took uprise 60k and neurobione forte inj ,those are normal but my PDW in cbc is 37, UIBC and TIBC is 439 and 524 Iron is 85. So is this concerning. Rest parameters r normal

Symptoms 1. Itchy burning and pain pressure on Scalp while laying down.. feels something pricking have to settle my head to get comfortable position 2. Body itch comes n go in different body parts 3. Is there any thing to fear about I m stressed out... 4. I think it due to some head tumor or just a allergy or something else Kindly provide ur valuable suggestion

It's been almost a month when pimples started coming in the one area of the face. It is not stopping and has left acne scars. I stopped having whey protein and wash my face in gym often. I also have urticaria so I take allegra 180 when I get hives. Additionally I have started taking bottle gourd juice almost everyday. I have already consulted a doctor, is there some extra precaution I should take? Please suggest.
