My body started itching severely since last 2 month post bathing in hot water. Havent been on any medication or drugs or anything. I searched a lot and found that need to use moisturizers. What kind of moisturizers can I use for body especially back of my body?

I have ring like infections in my pubic area as well as my back, inner thighs, lower belly area, armpits, arms, chest (bra line), knee, ankles and near my shoulder. They get ichy when in contact with soap and water, sweat and almost every time and sometimes they get dry and when I scratch them , dead cells fall off. They are spreading fast. What is possibly the reason or what kind of infection is it? Any medicine recommendation will also be helpful.
