I've been facing severe skin rashes for the past week, and I'm not sure of the underlying cause. Just for the sake of information, I'm letting you know that I use a lot of soap. It's like one Rs. 10 Lux/Dettol/LifeBuoy/some other soap for 1–1.5 days. Also, I shave my body hair- armpits, chest and pubic hair even though I face irritation 1-2 days after shaving. But since the past week, the skin irritation has increased on a very large scale, and I'm not able to focus on any other task besides scratching. The area affected is my pubic region, scrotum, and top inner thighs. The rash seems to be spreading to other parts of my body as well, but the most affected are my privates. I've tried applying cold water, coconut oil, powder, and calamine lotion, but there is no improvement, and wounds have formed due to excessive scratching. As a result, I've been in a lot of uncomfortable and excruciating pain, and I'm not even able to sleep properly. Please save me from this situation.

So for the past few months i was having itch near my anus and my butt crack and now this has spread to my thighs, i also feel a slight bump when i touch the itchy area, adding a few photos of the itchy area, can someone tell me what it is and do i need to contact a doctor?
