Have mark on hand like mole thick layer
Have a mole on hand and seems so dirty due to which i am not able to.wear short sleevs
It look like something hard inside and black from outside layer.

Highly recommend you add a photo to see what the issue is... Depends on what it is. Moles as such will need surgery for its removal, but you will be left with a scar though
