No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.,
Melasma increases due to light exposure from sun and electronic devices
Use Sunscreen when going out
Cover the face with a cloth while going out (this will also save skin from pollution)
Keep phone time minimal and low light
Regarding the pigment which has set in already, it is a difficult to treat condition and the two creams you mentioned are not enough
Procedures such as peels, microneedling and mesotherapy are needed along with better creams and oral tablets
There can be many reasons for your condition and we need a detailed discussion for your condition . Book an appointment for proper guidance and treatment.
