Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having hair loss patches on my beard may be due to disease called alopecia... earlier some 5 years ago I had the same problem.. the doctor gave me corticosteroids for my arthritis which maybe worked for this too.. I am not taking any steroid tablets now.. how should I treat it.. I am not in a financially stable condition to visit a doctor or book an appointment because I lost my job a week ago.. please help.

I have acne, oily skin. Every time I face wash within 30-40 min face becomes oily specially nose, forehead area. I have blackheads on front tip of nose and small pores are visible like dot dot. And also I get acne sometimes. Online I did some research there is a serum with 2% salicylic acid and 5% nicinamide as active ingredients in it. Will this improve my condition? And should I use it twice or only 1 time.

Today whole getting reddy i pulled on my eyebrow with slight pressure and lost about 7-14 hair. I have a high RF factor and high anti ccp and qasam diagnosed with asymptomatic RA 6 months back. I am not on any meds.  I also have FPHL, due to which I take minoxidil. I have pretty thick eyebrows naturally, is it normal to loose hair like this randomly. It has never happened before. I have no hairloss patches on my brows.

Assuming it to be a blackhead I tried removing a mole, which has now taken a very bad shape, it has now turned into big mole (balloon like) of red in color, and it also hurts if i touch it, can this be removed as a mole removal procedure? Hi sir I have tenea curosis . I'm undergoing treatment from a very good doctor . The spots have became dry I stopped treatment it came back. My question is does tenea corporis or tenea curosis has permanent cure. I m taking itraconazole 200 mg 2 times. Luliconazole cream working very well. But why it keeps coming back . Is there a permanent solution. Will it completely go away. Or I will take homeopathy treatment. Why these ring worm desese keep coming back what to do so that it completely cured. I' will go aelopthy treatment for 4 months I have decided rather than 2 months to completely eradicate it. Suggest what I should do fir complete cure. And what foods to avoid.
