Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had  this for about 2 years .For the 1st it wasn't much but now it's grown too much. I also searched on Google and saw similar pictures that are related to periungual warts. But I am not sure.

My hsv 1+2 igG is postive in 2 reports and individually quantitatively hSV igG 1 hsv igG2 are negative in 2 report..is this possible ever ?

Plz suggest a gud body washer for my daily bath... ... ... So with guides of dermatology I will use any body washer thanks

Suffering from itchy skin only during the nights (almost every single day) since 6 months. Raised marks mostly in the leg. Hscrp is 5.52, is it related ? I had gone to a dermat who gave me a steroid injection because at that point it was all over my arms and legs. Now it's just on my legs not as severe to go to a doctor. He had prescribed some tablets which I haven't taken as I thought it'll go on it's own. Is it chronic hives? How do I know what's triggering it , since it's there everyday?
