Can neurosyphilis or syphilis be present
Can neurosyphilis or syphilis be present if treponemal tests like serum fta abs and tpha are negative along with non reactive like serum RPR after the window period? Thanks for your answers in advance.

Negative TPHA (provided done from a good lab) does rule out syphilis / neurosyphilis completely I do wish to understand why do you believe to have syphilis/neurosyphilis
