Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having jock itch and it is spreading i think... i applied lichensa cream to it but it doesn't help me ... how to cure jock itch fast?

I am having acne with peep on my face and slowly its spreading. On consultation, doctor gave me some homeopathy medicine and told to wash face with gram flour and milk. Also my all blood tests reports are normal but deficiency of b12 and d3 is there. For b12 i am taking injections and for d3  I am taking the sachet. Also I am having hairfall problem(little dandruff is also there ) But it's not working. The condition is same as before. What should I do now?
