Hi Doctors,
I am 30 now and I never ever had pimple or acne kind of issues ever in my life so far. All of a sudden I got Acne 2 weeks back I thought it will get fixed. But it's not working out. I used Zineryt lotion and other moisturizers for acne and it's not getting fixed. Please advise.

Acne at this age can be bcoz of hormonal issues or use of any steroid base cream.. If any flare up before menses or lower one third of face is involved that's indicative of hormonal imbalance.. Rentinoids n antibiotics r the treatment

Not all moisturizers and antibiotic lotion can solve acne problems. Moisture may as well be the cause of your acne. Please consult and get proper treatment done. Hormonal profile is also important at this age. considering everything you should consult a skin specialist.
