WHEN i sit for the stool nd when hard stools came it bleeds not everyday but often it bleeds.what should i do.my ass pains alot.i want my stool comes soft.

Am 22 years old and my weight is about 75kgs am suffering from pcod problem i want to loose my weight and have to get rid of irregular menstrual cycle problem. i want a suitable diet tips and healthy life style. even i have thick facial hair how to overcome by this. i have a regular practice of morning walk and aerobics in the evening through it i lost about 5 kgs from past 5 months. but am not satisfying. how to loose my weight

I have acidity problem since I was 14 years old,now I am 22 years old, but at the time of periods and 1 week before from starting of periods,acidity extremly increased at a level that I am not able to eat plain rice.!!!..my stomach swells and a bad headache occurs that I can not concentrate in any thing.kindly advice me what to do with this condition.

In my 4th IVF i used Donor egg too because Doctor said ur egg KWALITY is not gud... But 4th also negative.... Now Doctor is telling go for Surrogacy...... I don't want Surrogacy... Please help me

I am on medication for PCOS. I got my period on 16th feb after a course of primolut-N and again on 28th feb, this time without any medication. Should I be worried? There were no other problems, except slightly increased bleeding during the second time.
