I have pcos problem.. Nd i hd consulted so many gynecologist they hd gave me sme medicine through which my periods will cme after 8-9 days.. Bt the problem is , if i'll take dis medicine thn only ma periods get started. Nd nw ma periods are delaying from 6 months.. Nd for that m doing exercise regularly.. M a Martial art player also... Plzz help me !!

Am just 24, I cant able to reduce my weight. if i tends to do exercise or yoga it leads to back pain, and using of PC in office i too got neck pain for the past 7 months. on cause of this took more medicine but no use of it. am now 80 kg fat looking. dnt no how to get rid of my problem, everyone teasing my appearance. i got into more stress, side by side ulcer problem knocking the door. am totally stressed. because of PCOS/PCOD i cant reduce my weight, irregular periods too and bleeding less during menstuation and cant able to sit for an hour, back pain making me to feel bad. what type of diet i have to be taken to get rid of my problem? and i have an doubt that whether i have Thyroid problem too? dnt no how to take care of my health. i need a solution

HI, My name is Sowjanya, every month My menstrual date was 9 to 10th but this month till now i did not get.My family planning operation was done before last 13 years.what is the reason, why i was not get the menstrual in this month,it was already 10 days completed.

My height is 5'1 and weight is 75.I want to lose my weight.I have 10 months old boy after my normal delivery only I gained nearly 8kgs because of feeding I have taken much rice.so now I want to lose my weight and the other one is my mensus before delivery I used to get mensus regularly but now for one and half month or two months I am getting mensus so could I consult the doctor.
