Lately i have been getting alot of pimples on forehead n also cheeks on face. May be due to excessive heat in body. I have started taking milk, buttermilk, lemon juice daily. I have been taking Saafi syrup also. But nothing is helping. New pimples keep coming up every 2 days and leaves mark on face. Plz suggest a remedy.
