Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My 14 months old does not take any proper food. He is only having a banana, a bowl of watermelon and approx 200 ml milk since past two days. I am already giving him 4 ml of Kidicare syrup daily. He becomes very cranky and cries if I try to feed him anything else. Please suggest I am really worried about his health and nutrition.

Doctor , I had not passed stool for four days.. yesterday I could sense that it has become too hard to pass through my rectum hole. So I tried suppoisetry.. but no luck.. then had cremafin syrup.. now pea amount of hard stool comes out.. with lot of pain , and water.. it's really so painful ..am not able to bear it.. pls help.. note : I have never had such a issue before.. I was thinking of going to hospital to try enema.. but I am on my period as well..

My daughter is 11 months her weight is less 6.8 kg. When she born her weight is 2.8. She refuses to eat.i give her cerelac and soft food that is rice carrot.but she do stools 2 times per day. My 2 year daughter is having fever at 8 pm it was 101 so i gave her sumol125 syrup a dosage of 10 ml . At 12 fever was 102 i gave her again a dosage of 10 ml but now at 12:44 the fever has rised to 104. Please any doctor will help what to do. As my pediatrician is not available
