Hi Currently I am doing exercises and jogging everyday morning from 6-7am by that time my head to sweat a lot , then I use to go swimming from 7-8am water will go through cap and my hair will become wet. So my problem is I am very much afraid of my hair, I saw some where that doing shover is not good for hair. So help me out with this, currently I'm using shampoo cipla 8x. My hair is soft and silky but too much hair loss occurs.Infact the front of my scalp has very less amount of hair.The main problem I face is dandruff.I have tried everything to remove dandruff but no fruitful result.I shampoo daily with anti dandruff shampoo,use anti dandruff lotion,used ritha,used lemon but nothing happened.When my scalp/hair is wet then ok.But as soon as it dries up scalp becomes full of dandruff...Please suggest me a fruitful solution

Am 7months pregnant and I have slight itching on and off near vulva i.e., sometimes it's der n sometimes not.. Especially wen I use washroom n it's wet.. Am using Lactacyd hygiene wash daily to prevent itching from more den a week.. stil itching is existing.. My doctor hav advised to apply candiderma cream but am scared to use it as am worried that it should not cause rashes after using any cream in that area.. should I need to take any other medications? Hii I was having a very bad sore throat 3 weeks ago. I have taken 5 days course of azzithromycin. But then also it has not cured than after one week I consulted a homeopathic doctor and he suggested me homeopathic arsenic album 200. It is been more than 1and a half week I m taking but there is not at all effect of medicine. Plz help me what to do .
