Hello, I am 36 years old male. An IT engineer by profession. From past few years, I see that, I don't sweat at all. I cautiously started to drink 2-3 litres of water + other fluids and still of no use. So, basically when I go out in the peak summer, my body gets heated up like as if I were to have fever but still, apart from small wetness below my underarms, nothing else. Due to this, I also get tired too soon. I had my blood test done - I had ViT d and B12 deficiency. I have consumed tablets for that and still it hasn't improved. Basically, I am planning to get another medical checkup done. What tests do you recommend?
